Gingerbread House and Decorating kits “to go”
“To go” gingerbread kits are now on sale! These can be picked up at Gorton Center now in the main office!
Due to recent COVID restrictions, house kits are available for pickup in the main office.
New addition: we are having a decorating contest! Please email pictures of your final house to email@example.com for best decorated!
Celebrate the magic of the season and decorate a tasty treat with Gorton’s Gingerbread House decorating party! Let your creative juices flow as you turn your freshly baked house into an edible masterpiece. Get in the holiday spirit and have some quality family time while designing your house, sipping hot chocolate and listening to lively sounds of the season. Spread the holiday spirit and round up families to join you in the quest to create the best Gingerbread House this year!
Each registration is for TWO gingerbread houses per table of 6 people: $75/table for up to 6 people. *You must purchase a table. The table can accommodate a maximum of 6 people*
We are also selling “Gingerbread Houses to Go!” Each house is individually wrapped and includes everything you need to decorate your gingerbead house at home.
The Gorton Community Center is proud to prioritize safety throughout our building. Gorton implements protocols and guidelines developed and supported by leading epidemiologists to support a safe return to our theater, common areas and classrooms. Our specific health and safety protocols, include, but are not limited to:
– Instituting a building wide mask policy (masks may be removed when eating or drinking)
– Enforcing social distancing in our common areas, theater and classrooms
– Reducing capacity throughout our building
– Enhancing building cleaning, and providing hand sanitizer stations
– Modifying concessions (including the elimination of communal food options)

Gorton Community Center will take and may use photos and videos from this event for its promotional purposes. Your attendance indicates your consent to the above.
By purchasing a ticket to an event at Gorton, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and/or I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending or participating in a Gorton program, event or activity and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Gorton may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Gorton employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my or my child(ren)’s attendance at Gorton or participation in a Gorton program, event or activity (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Gorton, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Gorton, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Gorton program, event or activity.
