No matter how small your nonprofit organization, a clearly written fundraising plan is fundamental to development success.  This written plan will allow you to focus your efforts, plan out your yearly fundraising calendar and give you guidance on strategy and tactics when you are busy with events, mailings and calls.  This session will allow you to explore the elements of a well-written development plan.  You will have the opportunity to create a development plan for your own organization and obtain feedback from both our fundraising expert and your classmates.  You will leave the session with a clear and actionable development strategy for your organization.

This workshop includes continental breakfast and lunch.

Class Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be given up to one week prior to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials, may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given.
