Lake Forest Beach
Paint the pathway at Lake Forest Beach in mid season. Two streetlights, a
tree, a path and the expanse of Lake Michigan. We will paint this step by
step- from painting clouds in the background, the lights in the foreground.

Participants will get a free downloadable line drawing of the scene, and a supply list.

Join Sandie Bacon for a fun evening relaxing and painting along via zoom. Every other week will be a either a local landscape scene or a fun nature image in a more “pop” style. You will get a free downloadable image/outline to work from. For the landscapes you will begin with the background(usually developing the sky and clouds and the distant scenery, and build up to the detail in the foreground. No experience necessary. This is a good way to develop painting skills.
For the birds and dragonfly/butterflies we will concentrate on patterns and backgrounds. You will get free downloadable line drawings of birds or dragonfly/butterflies. Feel free to use your imagination. Let’s have fun!

Classes will be every other week starting Friday, March 26th from 6:30-8:30 pm. This is a virtual class.

– 2 Birds on Branch and a Single Bird – April 23

– Dragonfly/Butterfly – May 7
