What is the difference between film acting and stage acting? In this class, the nuts and bolts of film acting are discussed as well as the basics of developing a character, developing a relationship, and creating real behavior. Every week, upon arriving to class, students are given either a scene or a monologue. They quickly rehearse and then a film shoot is executed, complete with a camera, film lights and microphones.  A private link to the footage is available within a week. This class is great for beginners and experienced actors.

Jeremy Kruse is the author of “The Young Actor’s Handbook” (Applause Acting Series, 2017). Jeremy is a professional actor, published playwright, award-winning screenwriter, and award-winning filmmaker. He taught Method acting to actors of all ages at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.
