Treat your Mom, sister, friend or just yourself to this debut Mother’s Day class with Rosemary Caparelli. During this class, Rosemary will share some of her favorite Italian Mother’s Day treats.
This hands-on class will provide you with:
-recipe and ingredients to make, taste and take a tiramisu
-recipe and ingredients to make, taste and take an edible chocolate rose nosegay
-recipe and ingredients to make and enjoy a sparkling orange sherbet mimosa
-basic piping skills
-molding chocolate sculpting techniques
-fruit dipping tricks
Grab your BFF and an apron, bring an empty champagne glass and join us for what we can pretend is a Mother’s Day Breakfast in Italy!!

About Rosemary Caparelli:
Rosemary is a recently retired Family and Consumer Science High School teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Chicago State University in Home Economics/Education and a master’s degree from Saint Xavier in Education/Leadership.
During her extensive teaching career, she has shared her love for cooking with countless students from pre k to college and beyond. In the private sector, she ran her own catering company, Favor Us, specializing in wedding cakes, mini pastries, hors d’oeuvres, and bonbonniere (Italian favors).
Rosemary credits her immigrant mother as well as her strong Calabrese Italian roots for her love of Italian food. She enjoys creating new twists and adapting old family recipes. Teaching others her culinary skills is her life’s passion.
