September 9 Topic – The Good, Bad, and Ugly Hands in Bridge!
Can Ugly hands be Good? Can Good hands be Bad? Let’s look at pros and cons of our hands in light of
the bidding and learn to love them all (or at least not hate them any more!) Bid and Play 8 hands. Come
with your partner, or come as a single – all players are welcome. Handouts included.
September 23 Topic – To Bid or Not to Bid – Slams
Everyone loves strong hands. Can we handle them to get to the good slams and stay out of the bad
ones? How can I get my partner to co-operate? Bid and Play 8 hands. Come with your partner, or
come as a single – all players are welcome. Handouts included.
October 7 Topic – What Do I Do With This Hand?
Two very important conventions you need to make your partner bid again and at the same time convey
information about your hand. You won’t be playing in the wrong contract again (maybe!). Bid and Play
8 hands. Come with your partner, or come as a single – all players are welcome. Handouts included.
