Power Meditation: Find Your Happy Place! January 28-February 25

Increase your happiness! Reduce stress! Boost your immune system! Enhance your self-esteem! Even shed unwanted weight! Hundreds of studies have shown that there are countless benefits to meditation and concentrated breath-work from which one can benefit in just a few short weeks. Join Hollis Blume and learn several simple breathing techniques which you can incorporate into a straightforward form of extremely easy-to-learn meditation. With the pledge to yourself of only 15 minutes each day to practice this gratifying process, you will find that this can be a fun and joyful commitment, and will give new meaning to your well-being.

Class Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be given up to one week prior to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials, may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given.
If this class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you will be notified of the cancellation within one week of the start date.
