Meditation – For High Schoolers (Tuesday Session)
High Schoolers: Exhale and Experience Peace During Exams?!
Resting your mind from cramming before exams is like resting your muscles before a marathon. It might just be the most important thing you do!
Please join for 45 minutes of breathing, relaxing your body, and restoring your mind with Guided Mediation and the soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls.
No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Please bring a mat if you have one, although extras will be available.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Tuesday 8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
