Cooking: Week Night Out, Summer in Italy
This is the perfect night out! Bring a friend, a date or make it a fun girls night out! You can also bring a bottle of wine to enjoy!
While you bite your bruschetta and sip your aperitivo Marina will show you how to make the dessert you will be having tonight, which includes a delicious zabaione cream, perfect for a tiramisu with a twist. Then, while putting together the salad, she will share some techniques to make the perfect vinaigrette to pair with a balsamic reduction. A good sauce is essential to enjoy pasta and you will get all the tips and tricks to make a homemade pomodoro and basilico sauce that will become a staple at your home. Hands on part: you will make gnocchi, your own creation of the night!
Only premium ingredients will be used for this class and dinner. All Italian products and premium American brands.
Includes: Aperitivo (one Aperol Spritz or one Bellini) and dinner: appetizer, salad, meal and dessert. Material with recipes.
Menu: Bruschetta al pomodoro – Arugula with burrata, figs, pistachio and balsamic reduction – Ricotta gnocchi with the best pomodoro e basilico sauce – Tiramisu alle ciliegie trifle cups (mascarpone, Amaretto Di Sarono, amarena cherries, cherry reduction sauce and ladyfingers)

Class Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be given up to one week prior to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials, may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given.
If this class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you will be notified of the cancellation within one week of the start date.
